Welcome to DeckPro. By downloading, installing, or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DeckPro, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

DeckPro is a mobile application designed to help contractors create deck construction estimates. The app provides:

• Deck cost estimation tools
• Material and labor calculations
• PDF quote generation
• Estimate storage and management

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Features: Basic calculator functionality and limited estimate saves are available for free.

Pro Subscription: Premium features including unlimited PDF quotes, unlimited saved estimates, business branding, and premium materials require a Pro subscription.

Subscription Terms:

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account
• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month
• Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

Refunds: All refund requests must be submitted through Apple. We do not process refunds directly.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful business purposes
• Provide accurate information when creating estimates
• Verify all estimates against current local pricing before presenting to clients
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Not use the app for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes

5. Estimate Accuracy Disclaimer

DeckPro estimates are for reference only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any calculations or pricing information. Material costs, labor rates, and other factors vary by location and change over time.

You are solely responsible for:

• Verifying all pricing with your local suppliers
• Adjusting estimates for your specific market conditions
• Adding appropriate contingencies and margins
• Final pricing decisions presented to your clients

6. Intellectual Property

DeckPro, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• DeckPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for business losses, lost profits, or damages arising from estimate inaccuracies
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DeckPro, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
